2019年12月14日から2020年2月11日まで、茅ヶ崎市美術館全館を使用して開催された、城田圭介 の個展に際し、展覧会図録のビジュアル制作（撮影）を担当しました。

城田圭介 | Keisuke Shirota 美術家  | Artist  (B. 1975,  Lives and work in Kanagawa, Japan.) 1975年、神奈川県生まれ。 写真と絵画を主な制作手段とした作品を展開している。凡庸なストリートスナップや観光写真、アルバム写真などを基点にフレーミングからこぼれ落ちたもの、あるいは写真の前景と背景、主題と非主題などに着目し、絵画と組み合わせた制作を行う。様々な制作展開を通じて記憶や目に映る事象の不確実さを、むしろ生の確らしさとして捉え直す。

I create works primarily using photography and painting. Starting from mundane street snapshots, tourist photos, and family album pictures, I focus on what falls outside the frame, or on relationships such as foreground and background, subject and non-subject within the image. I combine these photographic elements with painting in my practice. Through various modes of production, I reconsider the uncertainty of memory and visual phenomena, reinterpreting them instead as a form of the certainty of lived experience.
